This was an impromptu conversation with my good friend Mikala. Everyone is processing a lot of different emotions as we maneuver through each phase of this virus, then what our life will be when it eases up.
I'm not good at finding and processing my emotions, so I have to put a lot of effort into it and be intentional in feeling and connecting.
Mikala handles everything in a different way, so it was great to chat with her and challenge you to find healthy ways to get it all out.
You WILL make it through this season. Stay focused, keep yourself healthy in every area of your life and lean into what you can learn as you go through this challenge. Most importantly, remember you are not alone.
