Lauren is a yoga instructor and psychotherapist who loves using yoga and body awareness to help people recover from trauma. 

    “Trauma is anything overwhelming your capacity to help or handle.”

When you look at it that way, we’ve all experienced trauma. To be the best version of ourselves, we need to be as healthy as possible and sometimes bringing in an outside resource like Lauren is the key to setting ourselves free.

Take some time to understand how trauma can affect your body.  Maybe you’ve lost a pet, a job, or a relationship. Trauma can lead to issues such as low-grade anxiety, deeper depression, and other physical and mental ailments.  

Lauren shares a few ways we can be proactive in dealing with the stress in our lives and work toward an increased level of self awareness. Freeing yourself up in this way will create room in your life to focus on your goals and dig deeper into your passions.
